To request a refund, please email us at support@lotterywhiz.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, email address used at purchase, and order confirmation number. We will process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refunded amount, depending on their processing speed.
